The Dough
Instructions
Making the Dough
Step 1
Put all dry ingredients of the dough together in a bowl and mix them together
Step 2
Make a well in the middle of the mix and crack the egg in it, with the vegetable oil and water and mix the wet ingredients together first. Then Mix the whole ingredients together
Step 3
Keep mixing the batter for around 5 minutes until it gets sturdy. If the batter is easily being cut and harsh, we add more water to it and keep on mixing till it gets in shape. It should be SLIGHTLY soft
Step 4
Once ready, put the dough inside the bowl, and the bowl inside a plastic bag and leave the dough to rest for at least 3 hours. Recommended even more.
Cooking the Pizza
Step 5
Pre-heat the oven on 180 degrees
Step 6
Spread the dough in the pan. Should not be too thick or too thin. And place the pan in the oven
Step 7
Once the bottom of the dough starts to become red, we take the pizza out and add the pizza toppings to it

shredded mozzarella
Step 8
We add the pizza quickly back to the oven so it completes the process. Once the desired top is met, take it out from the oven and let it rest for 4-5 minutes for the cheese to rest
