Instructions
Step 1
In large stock pot add olive oil and onion. Let onion get soft. Add garlic and meat. Cut up meat if stew meat cubes are too big. Just brown the meat.
Step 2
Add box of broth. Add several bullion cubes. Add in diced cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. Make sure veggies are just covered with liquid. May need to add more broth or water. Cover the stock pot with a lid. Let the potatoes, cabbage and carrots cook till carrots get soft.
Step 3
Once raw veggies are cooked, add the canned ingredients and seasonings
Step 4
Let the soup cook until hot. Adjust seasonings to taste.
