Step 1
In a wok, over high heat, add chilies, shallots and garlic. Fry for 1 - 2 minutes
Step 2
Add ground chicken and stir-fry , breaking up the chicken into small bits.
Step 3
Add the sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir fry another minute and deglaze the pan with the broth. Because your pan is very high heat, the liquid should cook off very quickly.
Step 4
Add Basil and stir-fry until wilted. Serve over rice.
