For the beef marinade

300glean beef

1 tspolive oil

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbsprice vinegar

1 tspbaking soda

1 Tbspcornflour

black pepper
For the sauce
To cook

Fry light

bell pepper

3garlic cloves
crushed

15gginger
grated

1red chilli
sliced and deseeded

spring onion
chopped
To finish
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare marinade at least 20 mins in advance for flavour
Step 2
Make sauce up
Step 3
Fry off beef and remove from pan
Step 4
Fry off garlic, ginger and chilli
Step 5
add sauce and heat until thickened
Step 6
add beef back to cook and heat through along with spring onion
Step 7
serve alongside rice and top with sesame oil and sesame seeds
