Instructions

Step 1
Blend soy milk and spinach until well blended. Add fruit and blend well. Pour and serve.
Step 2
Note: You can replace the banana, mango and blueberries with other fruit of your choice - but this is my favorite combination.
Step 3
If your fruit is not frozen, you can add ice to make the smoothie frozen.
