Instructions
Step 1
Blend together the tomato purée, yoghurt, garam masala, chilli powder, garlic, mango chutney, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Heat oil in wok. Lower heat slightly and pour in the mixture. Bring to boil and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add the chicken pieces and stir until they are well coated.
Step 4
Add the water to thin the sauce slightly. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is tender.
Step 5
Finally add the great chillies, coriander and cream, and cook for a further 2 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
