Instructions
Step 1
Prep - Chop all the vegetables. Slice the spring onions into small rings. Top and tail the Sugar Snap Peas and leave whole. Chop the other veg into thin batons. Boil the kettle.
Step 2
Heat oil in frying pan on medium to high heat and when ready add the spring onion and veg batons. Stir fry for 5mins stirring regularly.
Step 3
Add the 5 spice and cook for another couple of minutes.
Step 4
Add the soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce, mix in then turn the heat right down and leave to cook gently.
Step 5
Cook the noodle nest as per instructions.
Step 6
Serve with extra sweet chilli sauce if you want.
