Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add pasta shells, reduce heat, and simmer until shells are just tender, 10mins. Drain well, shaking strainer to remove as much water as possible, cool slightly.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375F. Coat 7x11 baking dish or 2qt gratin dish with nonstick spray
Step 3
In large bowl, stir together ricotta, cottage cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper
Step 4
In prepared baking dish, spread 3/4cup marinara sauce. Spoon ricotta mixture evenly in shells, just barely filling each. Arrange in baking dish, filling side up, and spoon remaining marinara on top. Sprinkle parmesan over shells.
Step 5
Bake until sauce is bubbling, 20mins. Serving size is 4 shells with sauce
