Simple Coconut Macaroons

Mom's favorite cookie that I would make for Easter and sometimes for Christmas. I cut down on the sugar and they are still very tasty.

Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350-degrees F. Line pans with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula. Scoop out a rounded tablespoon (or use small cookie scoop) and place about an inch apart on the prepared pan. Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool completely on wire racks.
