Instructions

Step 1
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, add vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, chili and calamansi.
Step 2
Add the meat and marinate for at least 1 hour (better if overnight)
Step 3
In a pan, heat oil. Add the meat and cook until well done.
