Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice onion and slice mushrooms
2. Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook onion and garlic until tender
3. Add mushrooms and fry until soft and colour forms 4. Cook pasta according to instructions
5. In a jar, combine stock, almond milk, flour, soy sauce, thyme, dijon mustard and mix
6. Add milk mixture to the mushrooms and cook until sauce thickens
7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and seasoning with salt and pepper and stir through parmesan
