Instructions

Put instant pot on saute mode

Put olive oil in pot and wait until hot

Brown meat
Step 4
Add meat pack in pot

Cover meat with water until meat is covered (4cups)

Scrape bottom of pot

Place bay leave

Press Meat on high for 45 mins

Take out meat and put in bowl

Shred meat

Put back on saute mode
