This baked oatmeal is a perfect treat for breakfast. The jelly filling can be switched out for a pre-made jelly/jam, just mix with about 3 Tablespoons with 1 Tablespoon chia seeds.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Place all of the ingredients in a blender (or nutribullet and blend).
Step 3
Microwave filling ingredients for 1 minute. Stir together and set aside.
Step 4
Pour 3/4 of the batter into a small oven safe dish. Scoop the filling into the middle of the batter. Pour the remaining 1/4 of the batter on top.
Step 5
Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Carefully sprinkle on top of the batter.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
Step 7
Drizzle with agave or sweetener of choice if you like. Enjoy
