Instructions

Step 1
Cut up all ingredients. Garlic can be sliced and ginger can be skin on if clean. Dice onion small. Slices should be thin.
Step 2
Add onions and pepper, cook on high heat for a few minutes. Does not need to be fully cooked before continuing
Step 3
Add ginger and garlic, cook
Step 4
Add leafy greens (Bokchoy or spinach)
Step 5
Move vegtables to side of pan, add 3 eggs, scramble slightly and add to vegies/mix
Step 6
Add rice noodles (Wet, if not wet, hydrate first.)
Step 7
Add a little of each sauce. Add a little water.
Step 8
Top with basil, green onion, or cilantro
