6 Tbsppeanut powder
1 tspground cinnamon
1 tspbaking powder
½ tsptable salt
3bananas
medium, ripe, mashed
2eggs
0.25almond milk
1 tspvanilla
50gsugar free belgium chocolate melts
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray 8 wells of a 12 well bar pan and set aside.

Step 2
In a medium bowl combine the oats, peanut powder, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Mix and set aside.
Step 3
In another medium bowl combine the mashed bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Step 4
Add the wet to the dry and mix until well combined. Let the mixture sit 10 minutes to soften up the oats.
Step 5
Divide the batter evenly (4 tbsp) into the prepared 8 wells.
Step 6
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 8
Note I used skinny me sugar free belgium chocolate wafers but you could use the lily's sugar free dark chocolate chips.
