Ingredients

Marinade
1 poundchicken
3garlic cloves
15gginger
1red chili
1lemon
10gcorriander seeds
10gcumin seeds
400mlyoghurt
salt
ground pepper
1 tsptumeric
Frying stage
Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
Chop chicken, garlic, ginger and red chili.
Step 2
pour the spices over the chicken. press lemon to pour over the chicken.
Step 3
Fry corriander seeds and cummin seeds, then grind them. Pour it over the chicken.
Step 4
Mix it all together with yoghurt and tumeric. Add ground pepper and salt.
Step 5
Place the marinade in the fridge for 10-15 minutes or 2 hours - 24 hours.
Frying
Step 6
Chop onions, garlic and ginger.
Step 7
Fry first the onions with oliv oil, then add garlic and ginger.
Step 8
Add corriander, garam masala, tumeric, tomato paste and butter.
Step 9
Add and fry the chicken first in the pan, then add the marinade.
Step 10
Top with fresh corriander leaves.
