Beefless Kimchi Fried Rice

Instructions

Step 1
Add sesame seed oil and vegetable oil to a pot and sautee onions, then add garlic and sautee until fragrant. Add Ajijomoto and ginger powder.
Step 2
Add soybean sprouts and beefless ground and sautee for 5 minutes
Step 3
Add washed rice and kimchi, and cook for a minute
Step 4
Add water and soy sauce. Cover the pot and cook in low heat until all the water has evaporated. Turn off the stove and leave the pot rest for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with a fried egg on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds
