Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Use a bread knife to cut the rolls in half.
Remove the top. Place the bottom of the rolls on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 3
Sprinkle a layer of the chopped fresh spinach over the rolls.
Step 4
Mix chicken and pesto in bowl and divide evenly over the spinach.
Step 5
Sprinkle with mozzarella. Replace the top of the rolls.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients and brush on the top of the rolls.
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes, until the rolls are warmed through and tops are browned.
