1 poundandouille sausage

1red bell pepper
seeded and chopped
green bell pepper
seeded and chopped
1yellow bell pepper
seeded and chopped cups slow cooker bone broth
1 x 15 ouncecan crushed tomatoes
undrained
1 teaspoondried oregano
1 teaspoondried thyme
1 teaspoondried basil
⅛ teaspoonground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoonsea salt
½ teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1 poundshrimp
peeled, deveined, tails removed
1juice of lemon
Instructions
Step 1
tomatoes and grains such as rice.
Step 2
In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until it is browned.
Step 3
Put the bacon and the rendered fat in the slow cooker.
Step 4
Add the chicken, andouille, onion, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, Slow Cooker Bone Broth, tomatoes, oregano, thyme, basil, cayenne, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Step 5
cover and cook on low for 7 hours
Step 6
add shrimp and lemon juice to slow cooker and increase heat to high.
Step 7
cook 1 more hour
