Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken
Step 2
Marinate chicken with spices, garlic, ginger, and yogurt
Step 3
Cook down onions and cashews
Step 4
Add can on roasted tomatoes, a little yogurt, and spice mix and continue cooking
Step 5
Blend sauce in a blender until smooth
Step 6
In the same pan cook chicken on high heat
Step 7
Add sauce to the chicken and stir - cook on low until everything is smooth
Step 8
Assemble burritos with low carb tortilla and rice
