1 lbbok choy
quartered

10grape tomatoes

1 tablespoonred onion
minced

1 tablespoonfresh garlic
minced

1russet potato

1yam
small

3 tablespoonsbutter

ΒΌ cupmilk

Β½ teaspooncinnamon

1 teaspoonsea salt

1 tablespoonsesame seeds

1 tablespoonsesame oil

2 tablespoonschampagne vinegar

6 cupswater

Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water



Step 2
Peel potato and yam



Step 3
Cut half inch cubes of potato and yam



Step 4
Boil for 15 minutes or until super soft



Step 5
Drain potatoes in colander



Step 6
Rice potatoes (or push through a strainer)

Return to pot and add cinnamon, butter, and milk, and 1/4 tablespoon of salt, and mix.

Mix marinade ingredients

Marinade Ahi tuna for 30 minutes

Quarter the tomatoes

Satay minced onion until brown

Add bok choy and minced garlic until browned (cook each side of quartered bok choy for 2 mins)

Add tomatoes and squash while cooking until tender

Add vinegar and let reduce

Seer Ahi tuna on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes each side including edges
