Instructions
Step 1
Chop onion and celery. Slice mushrooms. Trim, peel, and chop carrots. Cut ham into bite-size cubes.
Step 2
Turn the pressure cooker to “saute”. Melt butter in pressure cooker. Add onion, celery, and carrots until soft.
Step 3
Add peas, chicken stock, ham, and bay leaves to pressure cooker. Set the pressure cooker to manual, high pressure for 15 minutes. Natural release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
Step 4
Stir soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: Serve with croutons or baked bread.
