Tortilla crusted tilapia and roasted veggies

Instructions
Step 1
Cook frozen tortilla crusted tilapia in air frier. (Costco brand)
Step 2
Heat stir fried cauliflower rice (Trader Joe’s brand). Add in frozen edamame for extra protein.
Step 3
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Add veggies to roast (Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, onions, broccoli, etc). Top with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 until golden brown
Step 4
Assemble in a bowl and top with fresh lemon dill aioli
