Ingredients

1 cupchickpeas
pre-soaked, or use canned chickpeas
garlic
mushed and finely cut
2 tsptahini
1lemon
lemon zest of
salt
pepper
0.5carrot
shredded
4 leavescos lettuce

Instructions
Step 1
Blend all ingredients, except the carrot in a food processor.
Step 2
Mix in the carrot at the end. Make 2 burgers by mushing the ingredients into a burger shape.
Step 3
Lightly fry up in a pan with some coconut oil.
Step 4
Serve burgers inside cos lettuce leaves and serve with rocket salad
