Fattoush is hands down one of my favorite salads.
A delicious and simple chopped salad topped with crispy fried pita chips and let’s not forget the delicious zesty and tangy vinaigrette.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop all the vegetables to your liking
Step 2
2. Cut the pita bread into bite size pieces and fry until golden
Step 3
3. Make the vinaigrette by combining all the ingredients together in a mason jar close the lid and shake until emulsified.
Step 4
4. Start assembling the salad, lettuce goes on the bottom then the rest of the veggies, the fried pita chips go right on top and then pour that delicious vinaigrette over the salad mix and enjoy.
