Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken breast in strips and marinate in oyster sauce, cumin, paprika, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper for 30 mins to 1hr
Step 2
Cook chicken on high in olive oil, once water has evaporated and chicken begins to golden add in honey
Step 3
Place chicken on a cutting board and finely shop or shred
Step 4
Use the oil from chicken to coat the corn tortillas and heat the tortillas on a pan
Step 5
Flip tortillas and add shredded cheddar cheese and chicken until tortilla is golden
Step 6
Serve the tortillas and add mango pico de gallo
