Instructions

Step 1
Add Korean chilli flakes to Extra large stainless mixing bowl

Add ingredients to pot, heat until lightly rolling simmer, cook for 30 minutes

remove garlic before it browns and burns
Step 4
once cooked for 30 minutes turn temperature up, heat until oil meets almost smoke point and then pour content in to mixing bowl that holds the Korean chilli flakes
Step 5
mix well and rest until room temp, pour into glass jar
