Instructions

Step 1
Unisci in una ciotola farina e latte a filo, elimina eventuali grumi, poi aggiungi sale e prezzemolo. Cuoci le crêpes in una padella antiaderente con un filo d’olio d’oliva per circa 3 minuti per lato o fino a doratura. Farcisci con salmone, philadelphia e spinaci e sigilla i sacchetti di crêpes con due fili di erbetta cipollina.
