Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175.
Step 2
Chop nuts and chocolate.

Start by beating the butter and sugar for 7 minutes, scraping down the sides.

Slowly incorporate eggs and beat on medium for 45 seconds.
Step 5
Add remaining ingredients all at once (including mix ins).
Step 6
Leave the dough to hydrate in the fridge overnight. This allows the flour to fully absorb the moisture from the wet ingredients.
