Mince the carrots, onions and celery

Clean the pumpkin and the potatoes, slice them in cubes. Try to make small, cubes like 2cm more or less. This is to make sure that the vegetables are going to be done in the same cooking time as the lentils.

Step 3
Take a large pot, pour some olive oil in it. Ease down the all the vegetables, including the lentils. Switch on the stove and then pour some water in the pot. Put as much water as it is necessary to cover the vegetables.

Step 4
Add some salt, pepper, paprika and curry to the soup, stir and then cover the pot. Let the soup boil for about 30 minutes. Every now and then, check that is not getting dry, in case it is, add some water.
