These are perfect for either a lunch or dinner. They can be made ahead of time and reheated or eaten cold.

Dough
1 ½ cupswater
1 Tbspolive oil
2 tspsalt
2 Tbspsugar
2 Tbspnonfat dry milk
4 cupsflour
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
½ Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbspyeast
Stromboli
Instructions
Make the Dough - Bread Machine
Step 1
Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in order.
Step 2
Start dough cycle.
Assemble Stromboli
Step 3
Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces.
Step 4
Roll the dough balls into 6" x 10" rectangles about 6mm thick.
Step 5
Layer 4 slices of pepperoni, 2 tbsp of marinara, 2 slices of provolone, and 4 slices of salami in the center of the dough.
Step 6
Roll the dough and from the long edge and fold the top and bottom edges to seal the stromboli. Place the completed roll on a baking sheet with the flaps (and seam) down.
Step 7
Repeat for all of the stromboli.
Bake
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Step 9
Make several small slits diagonally across the top of each stromboli.
Step 10
Bake the stromboli on the baking sheets until golden brown. This takes between 15 and 20 minutes.
