Step 1
Place ingredients of caramelized banana topping in a pan and simmer on low till golden brown

Meanwhile, prepare the batter and whisk all ingredients together till it forms a thick batter

Pour batter on top of caramelized banana topping directly into the pan. Using the whisk, gently stir it and spread batter to cover top of pan completely

Cover the lid of pan and simmer on low for 15 mins on 1 side, then flip and cover again to simmer for another 5 mins
Step 5
Serve with maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon (optional)
