Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook chicken thighs in 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil until there's no pink in the middle.
Step 2
Remove chicken thighs from pan and add vegetables.
Step 3
If desired, add 1/4 cup of water and place a lid on the pan to steam. While veggies are cooking, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks, Add Chicken and sauce to pan and combine throughly. Serve and enjoy.
