Step 1
Combine chilies & tomatoes in blender & pulse 8-10 times.
Step 2
In a large pot, add 1 tsp oil, diced garlic & shredded elk roast
Step 3
Heat on medium & stir until garlic is softened
Step 4
Add chili/tomato mixture & stir
Step 5
Add box of beef broth
Step 6
Add 1 tsp salt & pepper & stir
Step 7
Bring to a boil & reduce heat to low
