250gchicken breast

1 cupcorn starch

0.5onion

0.5green pepper

0.67dry chillies

1 tspcrushed chilli flakes

1red chilli
fresh

2spring onions

0.67garlic gloves

spice mix

½ tspsalt

½ tspblack pepper powder

¼ tspChinese 5 spices

¼ tspchicken powder

marinade for chicken

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspsesame oil

¼ tspwhite pepper

1 tspgarlic paste

¼ tspbaking soda
Instructions
Step 1
* In a bowl mix the chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, garlic paste and backing soda. Then leave for as long as possible to marinate.
Step 2
* Then cut up and prepare the veg
Step 3
* Put the corn starch in another bowl mixed with salt, black pepper powder,Chinese 5 spices and chicken powder. Then add the chicken and make sure the chicken is covered.
Step 4
* Fry the chicken until golden brown.
Step 5
* Fry the veg. Add chilli flakes
Step 6
* Add chicken to the veg
Step 7
* Serve.
