🍞Foolproof bread: The night before mix 4 cups of all purpose flour, 2 cups of water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 packet of quick rising yeast in a large bowl. Cover with lid or plastic wrap overnight.
🍞2 hours prior to baking turn dough out onto a floured board. Using wet hands quickly shape into a ball. Transfer to parchment paper. Cover with a towel and let sit another 2 hours.
🍞When ready to bake place a lidded Dutch oven in an oven and heat to 450 degrees. Carefully place dough and parchment paper in the Dutch oven, cover with lid and bake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 10 minutes.
🍞Remove from oven and let cool for about 30 minutes before cutting.
