Instructions
Step 1
Add all the spices into a separate bowl and mix well. Take the chicken to marination station using slightly more than half of the spice mix. Add the lemon, garlic and yoghurt and mix well. Cover and put in the fridge overnight or for at least one hour.
Step 2
Make your tzatziki sauce with the ingredients, cover and put into your fridge for later
Step 3
Make the salad by dicing the vegetables and place into a bowl and cover for later
Step 4
Add your chips to a bowl with a splash of oil and the rest of the spice mix. Mix well and place onto a preheated tray and cook using the packeted instructions but it may take longer due to the additional spice mix
Step 5
Add your chicken to a preheated pan with a splash of oil and cook until brown. For me it took about 15 mins for all of it to cook through
Step 6
Place the flatbreads onto a tray 2 minutes before the chicken and chips are read. Add a splash of water to each of the flatbreads. Keep an eye so they don't burn. No more than 3 minutes.
Step 7
I'm not sure what the correct order should be. I went tzatziki, salad, chicken, chips, then some sriracha sauce. Wrap it up with tin foil and enjoy!
