Instructions
Step 1
soak the dried seaweed in the water for 20 minutes. reserve the water when straining the seaweed.
Step 2
cut the seaweed into bite sized pieces.
Step 3
in a pot over medium heat, add the sesame oil and flank steak. cook for about 3 minutes
Step 4
add the seaweed and garlic. cook for another 2 minutes
Step 5
add the reserved water from earlier
Step 6
season with soy sauce and fish sauce. simmer for 5 minutes
Step 7
drizzle with more sesame oil and enjoy with rice
