Hiyayakko (Japanese Cold Tofu)

5 steps
Prep:10min
If you feel lazy to cook, and also you want to have something light for your stomach, this is the perfect recipe. Before this recipe I wasn't a fan of tofu in general, but now I can gladly have it any time.
