Instructions

Step 1
Slice your onions and get wok on high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and fry
Step 2
Add your defrosted and drained prawns with the seasoning and let them heat up
Step 3
Put frozen veg in and let it cook for 2-3 mins and then add the cold cooked rice and stir fry until it is all hot
Step 4
Push the rice to one side and add the eggs in. Slowly stir the egg to scramble it. Once it’s cooked mix with the rice
Step 5
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli oil
