Soak black beans over night
Step 2
cover with a couple inches water and boil, then cook on medium high, covered for about an hour
Step 3
finely chop onions and bell pepper
Step 4
sauteed onion and garlic in 1/2 c palm oil then add tomato paste and stir well, and sautee
Step 5
add peppers, tomato sauce and seasoning and cover. cook on medium low for 15 mins.
Step 6
add beans to sauce and turn off stove, add chopped spinach. let sit for 10 mins.
