Step 1
Mix all the ingredients up in a bowl

Get a pan on the hob and get it HOT
Step 3
Pour a drop of oil in the pan and then add the mixture
Step 4
It should only take a minute or 2 each side to cook

Then dish up with what you like… I always opt just for a sprinkle of caster sugar Enjoy
