Instructions
Step 1
Dice pumpkin and tofu
Step 2
Fry pumpkin in oil until golden brown and 60% cooked
Step 3
Crumble in the tofu.
Step 4
Add garlic, fry until fragrant.
Step 5
Add coconut milk bit by bit until pumpkin cooked.
Step 6
Add salt and chili paste.
Step 7
Add sliced baby corn and long bean.
Step 8
Cook out for another couple of minutes.
Step 9
Season with soy sauce and lime juice.
Step 10
Turn off the heat and add Thai basil.
