Ingredients
4 servings
For the Shrimp
½ tablespoonolive oil
1 poundshrimp
extra large, wild, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoonlow-sodium soy sauce
For the Dressing
2 tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil
2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
2 teaspoonsred chili flakes
1 tablespoontoasted sesame seeds

Instructions
For the shrimp
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add olive oil, and toss in cleaned shrimp

3. Pour in soy sauce and saute for 5-6 minutes, until shrimp is opaque and firm, but not overcooked.

In a large mixing bowl, toss the zucchini spirals with the cucumber.
