Ingredients

1 cupcelery

4cloves garlic

1.5 poundsground turkey
2 tspground cumin
2 tspbasil
2 tspchili powder

1can chopped tomatoes
3 Tbstomato paste
1 cupwater
until you have the consistency desired
3 Tbsdry red wine
cayenne
or more to taste
Coconut oil

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions and celery in the oil until they begin to turn translucent. Add celery and carrots and continue to sauté until soft. Add the ground turkey and sauté until cooked through and lightly browned. Add chopped garlic next and let cook for a minute. Add the spices and cook them with the meat and vegetables for a few minutes until aromatic.
Step 2
Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, water, red wine and cayenne and simmer for at least ½ hour, an hour is better. Add the corn, heat and serve with chopped onion, cheddar cheese and sour cream.
