Instructions
Step 1

Slice the green onion and coriander thinly.
Step 2

Dice the tempeh and red onion. The tempeh should be the size of game dice.
Step 3

Add oil to the pan enough for the tempeh to be half submerged.
Step 4
Heat the cooking oil in the pan over the stove.
Step 5

Add tempeh to the oil once it's hot and cook on medium/low heat.
Step 6

Set the stove to medium or medium/low heat.
Step 7

Cook all sides of the tempeh until it's golden brown.
Step 8

Separate the tempeh from the oil and lay them on paper towels. (And save the oil.)
Step 9

Get rid of some of the excess oil. Set the stove to low heat. And fry the onion until it becomes fragrant.

Return the tempeh to the pan with the red and green onion, and cover it lightly with kecap manis.
Step 11

Season the tempeh with garlic powder and salt to taste.

Add granulated mushroom bouillon.
Step 13
Mix everything evenly on low heat.
Step 14

Sprinkle the coriander over the tempeh, remove from heat, and mix.
