Instructions
Step 1
Rinse rice and (depending on type of rice you are using) cook as per instructions or in rice cooker.
Step 2
While rice cooks, heat coconut milk, sugar and salt in small saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, just until sugar has dissolved. Set aside.
Step 3
Put warm rice in a serving bowl. Pour coconut milk mixture over rice and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb. Top with mangos and serve.
