Instructions
Step 1
Place a medium pot on high heat with 2 cups water
Step 2
Once water starts to boil add:veggie broth, 1/2 chopped onion, garlic and okra for 8 mins
Step 3
In a small blender add: tomato, 1/2 onion, medjool dates, curry powder, turmeric, peppercorns, cumin, paprika, red chillies, ginger and 1/2 cup of boiling water from pot.
Step 4
Blend until sauce smooth, add sauce to pot, add 1/4 cup water to rinse blender and add to pot.
Step 5
Mix sauce and boil for an additional 4 mins.
