These were created from the ever popular Funeral Potatoes.
I gave them a slight twist. This is my son's favorite meal, and he asks for it often (although it's by no means healthy, so it's a once a month meal)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Put hash browns, corn, and 1 cup corn flakes into a greased 9 x 13″ pan.
Step 3
Combine chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and 1/2 cup melted butter.
Step 4
Gently blend into hash browns.
Step 5
Cook ground beef and add onion soup mix.
Step 6
Fold ground beef into potatoes
Step 7
Combine remaining corn flakes and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes
Step 9
Tastes great with Cholula or Sriracha on top
