Step 1
1. Simmer broth. Any broth is fine, i made mine with 1/2 tsp of dashida (soup powder) with 3 cups of water
Step 2
2. Add gochugaru, gochujang, garlic powder, oyster sauce, oligodang/sugar, and black pepper. Mix till combined, then add rice cakes
Step 3
3. Simmer until sauce thickens & sticks to the rice cakes a bit. Top with scallions or even melted mozzarella
